Our customer service team consists of highly skilled service engineers with extensive experience in machinery installation and ongoing training. Their primary objective is to deliver exceptional service and support, ensuring your fabrication operation remains productive and profitable.
Installation and Commissioning
We provide both Chinese and English manuals, as well as video tutorials, for your convenience. For technical issues, you can communicate with our local agent or email us directly. Our detailed video guidance ensures that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Customers are welcome to visit our factory for in-person training, where we offer a variety of equipment and personnel for a more systematic and comprehensive learning experience. We typically recommend a training period of 3 to 7 days.
Our engineers can also provide on-site installation and training services. For this option, customers are responsible for providing visas, airfare, and local accommodations, as well as the engineers' wages during the warranty period. The training usually lasts between 7 and 15 days, with the possibility of extension upon further discussion.
All of our can seamers are pre-installed before delivery to ensure immediate usability upon arrival.
Online installation guides are available for other machines. If on-site installation is necessary, our engineer will assist with installation and testing to confirm that the equipment functions properly and safely.
Additionally, our engineer provides on-site training covering machine care and maintenance to ensure stable performance and minimize breakdowns.
