TDF flange machine can be divided into three types according to the working requirements: single type T-12 and T-15, duplex type 2-T-12. Single type machine like T-12 and T-15 can form flange edge at one side and crispening edge at the other side; duplex type like 2-T-12 can form flange edge at both sides simultaneously to improve efficiency and save time. Additionally, the duplex type can form flange edge or crispening edge outside at either side. The roller of T-12 TDF flange forming machine is processed by fine turning of No. 45 steel, with high hardness and durability; The roller of T-15 TDF flange forming machine is made of bearing steel by fine turning and quenching. The roller has high strength and it is easier to process plates with a thickness of 1.5mm.

I recently purchased the T-12 TDF Flange Forming Machine from Artizono and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. As someone who has been working with metal fabrication machinery for over 3 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best flange formers I’ve used.
The machine is solidly built and the rollers, made from hardened No. 45 steel, produce very precise and consistent flange edges. I’m impressed by how it can handle sheets up to 1.2mm thick without any issues.
Setup and operation is straightforward. The ability to form both flange and crispening edges is a great time-saver. I also appreciate the relatively compact size of the unit.
Overall, the Artizono T-12 has exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable, well-made machine that makes flange forming efficient and delivers great results. I would highly recommend it to any metal fab shop looking for an affordable, quality flange former.
