Ik denk dat je een lasersnijmachine moet hebben gehad en dat je tijdens het snijden problemen bent tegengekomen, zoals niet kunnen doorsnijden, bramen, oneffen snijoppervlak, enz.
Enerzijds zijn deze problemen gerelateerd aan het laservermogen (zie dit artikel voor hoe het vermogen van de lasersnijmachine te selecteren), aan de andere kant zijn ze gerelateerd aan de snijsnelheid.
In feite is de vraag hoe je de lasersnijsnelheid berekent een oude vraag. De meeste operators met lasersnijmachines vinden het antwoord op deze vraag.
In dit artikel tonen we de maximale snijdikte en bijbehorende snijsnelheid van IPG 1000-15000W fiberlaser in de vorm van een tabel. Natuurlijk zijn alle volgende gegevens voor het snijden van metaalfibermetaal, zoals koolstofstaal, roestvrij staal, aluminium, koper, enz. Voor niet-metalen CO2 snijsnelheidstabelzoals acryl en leer, kunt u verwijzen naar dit artikel.
Als uw laser geen IPG-merk is (veel fabrikanten van lasersnijmachines andere merken zal gebruiken, zoals Amada, TRUMPF en Mitsubishi), kan de volgende tabel als referentie worden gebruikt, maar u kunt de waarde passend verlagen bij het daadwerkelijk aanpassen van de machineparameters totdat u de meest geschikte lasersnijsnelheid vindt.

II. Fiber lasersnijden dikte & snelheid grafiek per vermogen
Opmerking: De rood gemarkeerde parameters in de tabel zijn steekproefparameters die sterk beïnvloed worden door verschillende factoren in de werkelijke verwerking en slechts in beperkte scenario's toepasbaar zijn. De productie van kleine batches wordt afgeraden; in plaats daarvan is het raadzaam om lasers met een hoger vermogen te gebruiken voor massaproductie en -verwerking.
Opmerking: Voor het snijden van koolstofstaal met een dikte van 1 of 2 mm (dit kan variëren afhankelijk van het vermogen) wordt het aanbevolen om lucht of stikstofgas te gebruiken. Deze methode biedt een snellere snijsnelheid in vergelijking met het gebruik van zuurstof, hoewel er lichte slakvorming kan optreden.

III. Grondbeginselen van Fiber lasersnijden
Vezel lasersnijden is een precisiebewerkingsproces dat gebruikmaakt van laserstralen met hoge intensiteit om materialen te snijden. Het is van vitaal belang om de eigenschappen van de laserbron te begrijpen en hoe verschillende materialen reageren op deze technologie.
Laserbron en golflengte
De bron en golflengte van een fiberlaser zijn cruciaal voor het bepalen van de snijcapaciteiten en de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Gewoonlijk werken fiberlasers op een golflengte van ongeveer 1,06 micrometer, waardoor een zeer gerichte bundel met verhoogde absorptie door metalen. De golflengte is een intrinsieke eigenschap die de interactie met verschillende materialen beïnvloedt en de snijefficiëntie en -snelheid beïnvloedt.
Materiaalsoorten en compatibiliteit
Vezellasers zijn zeer compatibel met een verscheidenheid aan metalen materialen, waaronder:
- Koolstofstaal
- Roestvrij staal
- Aluminium
- Koper
De compatibiliteit tussen de laser en een materiaal dicteert de maximale dikte van het materiaal dat precies gesneden kan worden, evenals de snelheid van de snede. Verschillende materialen vereisen specifieke instellingen om optimaal te kunnen snijden. Dit wordt weerspiegeld in de dikte- en snelheidstabellen voor fiberlasersnijden. Deze tabellen zijn cruciale hulpmiddelen voor operators om de prestaties en precisie van het snijproces te maximaliseren.
IV. Factoren die de snijsnelheid beïnvloeden
Type materiaal: Verschillende materialen absorberen laserenergie met verschillende snelheden, wat de snijsnelheid beïnvloedt. Metalen met een hogere reflectiviteit, zoals aluminium en koper, hebben meestal lagere snelheden nodig.
Laservermogen: Lasers met een hoger vermogen kunnen dikkere materialen snijden met hogere snelheden. Een 500W laser kan bijvoorbeeld 1 mm staal snijden met een snelheid van 10 m/min, terwijl een 3kW laser 35 m/min kan halen voor hetzelfde materiaal en dezelfde dikte.
Focuspositie: De laserstraal moet nauwkeurig worden gericht. Als deze niet goed is ingesteld, kan de snijsnelheid afnemen, wat gevolgen heeft voor de kwaliteit van de randen.
Hulpgassen: Het type en de druk van de hulpgassen, zoals zuurstof, stikstof of lucht, beïnvloeden de snijsnelheid en de kwaliteit van de snede.
