Ich glaube, dass Sie schon einmal eine Laserschneidmaschine besessen haben und beim Schneiden auf Probleme gestoßen sind, z. B. dass Sie nicht durchschneiden können, Grate haben, die Schnittfläche nicht glatt ist, usw.
Einerseits hängen diese Probleme mit der Laserleistung zusammen (siehe dieser Artikel für die Auswahl der Laserschneidmaschine Leistung), auf der anderen Seite, sie sind im Zusammenhang mit der Schnittgeschwindigkeit.
Die Frage, wie man die Laserschneidgeschwindigkeit berechnet, ist eigentlich eine alte Frage. Die meisten Betreiber von Laserschneidmaschinen werden die Antwort auf diese Frage finden.
In diesem Artikel zeigen wir Ihnen die maximale Schnittstärke und die entsprechende Schnittgeschwindigkeit von IPG 1000-15000W Faser-Laser in Form von Tabelle. Natürlich sind alle folgenden Daten für Metall-Faser-Metallschneiden, wie Kohlenstoffstahl, Edelstahl, Aluminium, Kupfer, etc. Für nicht-metallische CO2 Schnittgeschwindigkeitsdiagrammwie Acryl und Leder, können Sie sich auf dieser Artikel.
Wenn Ihr Laser keine IPG-Marke ist (viele Hersteller von Laserschneidmaschinen andere Marken wie Amada, TRUMPF und Mitsubishi verwenden), kann die folgende Tabelle als Referenz verwendet werden, aber Sie können den Wert bei der tatsächlichen Einstellung der Maschinenparameter entsprechend reduzieren, bis Sie die am besten geeignete Laserschneidgeschwindigkeit gefunden haben.

II. Faserlaser-Schneiddicken- und Geschwindigkeitsdiagramm nach Leistung
Hinweis: Bei den in der Tabelle rot markierten Parametern handelt es sich um Stichprobenparameter, die durch verschiedene Faktoren in der tatsächlichen Bearbeitung stark beeinflusst werden und nur in begrenzten Fällen anwendbar sind. Die Produktion von Kleinserien wird nicht empfohlen; stattdessen ist es ratsam, Laser mit höherer Leistung für die Massenproduktion und -bearbeitung zu verwenden.
Hinweis: Zum Schneiden von Kohlenstoffstahl mit einer Dicke von 1 oder 2 mm (die je nach Leistung variieren kann) wird empfohlen, Luft oder Stickstoffgas zu verwenden. Diese Methode bietet im Vergleich zur Verwendung von Sauerstoff eine schnellere Schnittgeschwindigkeit, obwohl es zu einer leichten Schlackenbildung kommen kann.

III. Grundlagen des Faserlaserschneidens
Faser Laserschneiden ist ein Präzisionsfertigungsverfahren, bei dem Laserstrahlen mit hoher Intensität zum Schneiden von Materialien eingesetzt werden. Es ist wichtig, die Eigenschaften der Laserquelle zu verstehen und zu wissen, wie verschiedene Materialien mit dieser Technologie interagieren.
Laserquelle und Wellenlänge
Die Quelle und die Wellenlänge eines Faserlasers sind ausschlaggebend für seine Schneidfähigkeiten und die Qualität des Endprodukts. In der Regel arbeiten Faserlaser mit einer Wellenlänge von etwa 1,06 Mikrometern, was einen stark fokussierten Strahl mit erhöhter Absorption durch Metalle. Die Wellenlänge ist eine intrinsische Eigenschaft, die sich auf die Wechselwirkung mit verschiedenen Materialien auswirkt und die Effizienz und Geschwindigkeit des Schneidens beeinflusst.
Materialtypen und Kompatibilität
Faserlaser sind mit einer Vielzahl von metallischen Werkstoffen kompatibel, z. B:

IV. Einflussfaktoren auf die Schnittgeschwindigkeit
Materialtyp: Unterschiedliche Materialien absorbieren Laserenergie in unterschiedlichem Maße, was sich auf die Schneidgeschwindigkeit auswirkt. Metalle mit höherem Reflexionsvermögen, wie z. B. Aluminium und Kupfer, erfordern in der Regel niedrigere Geschwindigkeiten.
Laserleistung: Laser mit höherer Leistung können dickere Materialien mit höheren Geschwindigkeiten schneiden. Ein 500-W-Laser kann beispielsweise 1 mm dicken Stahl mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 10 m/min schneiden, während ein 3-kW-Laser bei gleichem Material und gleicher Dicke 35 m/min erreichen kann.
Schwerpunkt Position: Der Laserstrahl muss genau fokussiert werden. Wenn er nicht richtig eingestellt ist, kann die Schneidgeschwindigkeit sinken, was sich auf die Kantenqualität auswirkt.
Assistenzgase: Die Art und der Druck der Hilfsgase, wie Sauerstoff, Stickstoff oder Luft, beeinflussen die Schnittgeschwindigkeit und die Qualität der Schnittkante.
